Delivery in Switzerland
The whole country under cold chain, once the producer has confirmed the batch. Elsewhere in Europe, on request.
Lead times
Two stages follow each other. First, batch availability in Serbia, which depends on lactation and can run from a few days to several weeks. Then transport to Switzerland, which is fast — usually 24 to 48 hours from dispatch. We give you both dates separately so you can plan.
Areas served
We deliver to all 26 cantons, including alpine valleys and Ticino, as well as the Principality of Liechtenstein. Mountain areas and some end-of-round locations may need an extra day.

Outside Switzerland
Our firm offer covers Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery elsewhere in Europe is possible on request: Switzerland and the European Union have formed a common veterinary area since 2009, and a batch already checked on entry into Switzerland can then move within that area. What remains to be handled is the customs declaration, destination-country VAT and a longer chilled transport.
In practice: write to us with the country, the city and the quantity. Within 24 working hours we tell you whether it is feasible, at what price and on what timescale — or we tell you plainly that it is not.
We quote no standard European rate because none exists: cost depends on the country, the volume and the carrier. Requests from outside Switzerland are handled case by case, never on a flat rate.
